IMPORTANT: Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Swing Pulse App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

Par Breaker, LLC ("Par Breaker," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Swing Pulse App (the "App"), a golf launch monitor companion application that works with the Par Breaker Swing Pulse X10 launch monitor device to capture, analyze, and store shot data, swing video, and practice session metrics.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information and swing data when you use the App. Given the nature of the App — which captures detailed biomechanical and performance data — we take privacy especially seriously.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create a Swing Pulse App account, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Username and password
• Golfer profile information (handicap, skill level, dominant hand)
• Registered device serial numbers

2.2 Launch Monitor and Swing Data

The App collects detailed performance data from the Swing Pulse X10 device, including:

• Ball speed, carry distance, total distance, and launch angle
• Spin rate, spin axis, and spin type
• Club speed, club path, and attack angle
• Smash factor, apex height, descent angle, and side carry
• Launch direction and face angle data
• Shot type classification and session metadata
• Target distance data and challenge mode results
• Practice session history including date, time, location, and club used

2.3 Video and Media Data

When you use swing video features, we collect:

• High-speed impact video captured by the Swing Pulse X10 dual camera system
• Full swing review video clips
• Video annotations and coach notes (if applicable)
• Video metadata including timestamps and session association

Video data is stored securely in your account and associated with your individual sessions. We do not use your swing videos for training AI models or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.

2.4 Device and Connection Data

When you pair and connect the Swing Pulse X10 device, we collect:

• Device serial number and firmware version
• Bluetooth pairing and connection logs
• Device calibration and placement data
• Battery status and performance logs

2.5 Automatically Collected Information

• Device identifiers and operating system version
• App version and usage patterns
• IP address and general location (not GPS during sessions)
• Session duration and feature engagement data
• Crash reports and diagnostic information

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information and swing data for the following purposes:

• To provide the App's core functionality including shot data capture, analysis, and display
• To store and organize your practice sessions and shot history
• To build and maintain your My Bag club distance profile
• To sync your club distances to the Par Breaker Golf App for on-course recommendations
• To enable swing video capture, storage, review, and sharing features
• To facilitate Target Challenge Mode and performance scoring
• To support simulator integrations with compatible third-party software
• To send account-related communications and App updates
• To improve our algorithms, shot detection accuracy, and App features

Par Breaker may use your swing and shot data, in aggregated and de-identified form, in perpetuity for research, product development, and algorithm improvement purposes. This use will not identify you personally. You acknowledge and agree that this research and development use continues even following account termination.

4. My Bag Profile and Cross-App Data Sync

A core feature of the Swing Pulse App is building your My Bag club distance profile based on real measured carry distances captured during practice sessions. This data is:

• Stored in your Par Breaker account and associated with your user profile
• Synced to the Par Breaker Golf App to power personalized club recommendations on the course
• Updated automatically as you log new sessions and your distances evolve

By using the My Bag feature, you consent to your practice data being shared between the Swing Pulse App and the Par Breaker Golf App within your account.

5. Third-Party Simulator Integrations

The Swing Pulse App supports integration with third-party golf simulation software (such as Awesome Golf and E6 Connect). When you use these integrations:

• Shot data required by the simulator is transmitted to the third-party platform
• Your use of simulator software is subject to that software's own privacy policy and terms
• Par Breaker is not responsible for how third-party simulators collect, use, or store your data

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party simulator software you connect to the Swing Pulse App.

6. Video Storage and Retention

Swing video data is stored in your account on Par Breaker's secure cloud infrastructure. Storage capacity may vary by account tier. Video data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted following account termination within 30 days, except as required by law.

You may delete individual videos or sessions at any time through the App. Following deletion, video data cannot be recovered.

7. Data Sharing

7.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

Par Breaker does not sell your personal information or swing data to third parties.

7.2 Service Providers

We share data with trusted service providers for cloud storage, analytics, and App operations. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than performing services on our behalf.

7.3 Coach and Sharing Features

If the App includes coach-sharing or social features, you may choose to share specific sessions, videos, or data with coaches or other users. You control what you share and with whom. Par Breaker is not responsible for how recipients use data you choose to share.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal account information and golf data at any time through the App's account settings. Requests to delete your account and all associated data should be directed to privacy@parbreaker.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Users in the EEA, UK, and California have additional rights as described in the Par Breaker Golf App Privacy Policy, Section 6.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security measures to protect your data, including your swing videos and performance metrics. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

10. Children's Privacy

The Swing Pulse App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us at privacy@parbreaker.com if you believe we have collected such data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
